What stays on your computer

Telegram sessions, contacts, groups, task content, attachments, execution records and backups are processed locally. Telegram session credentials are stored in the operating system keychain.

What the license server receives

• Customer email and password hash
• Plan, expiry, order and device information
• Device identifier, platform and app version
• Login and security audit events

We do not upload your Telegram contact list or message content to the license server.

Payment data

Card data is handled by the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

Retention

Account and order records are retained while needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Backups are retained on a limited schedule.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your account data. Contact support@wudaoworkspace.cn.

Processors and transfers

We use hosting, CDN, email and payment providers. Their locations and safeguards should be listed here before launch.
