Before you buy

Use the 24-hour trial to verify that the app works with your Telegram accounts, operating system and workflow.

Refund window

If the app does not work as described and support cannot resolve the issue, contact us within 7 days of the first payment for a review. We may request logs or a screen recording.

Not eligible

Refunds are generally not available for change of mind after substantial use, account restrictions caused by Telegram, or violations of the Terms of Service.

How to request

Email support@wudaoworkspace.cn with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
