1. Service

Wudao Telegram Workspace is a local desktop application for managing Telegram accounts, scheduled publishing, recurring publishing, and cross-account contact/group operations. It is not affiliated with Telegram Messenger LLP.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for the Telegram accounts you connect and for complying with Telegram's terms and applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, unauthorized bulk messaging, or processing contacts without a lawful basis. You must obtain any consent required by applicable law before messaging or adding a contact.

4. Licenses and devices

Paid plans grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the number of devices and Telegram accounts shown in the app. One customer account may be active on one device at a time. Sharing credentials or circumventing device limits is prohibited.

5. Payments and renewals

Prices are shown in the app or on the website. Unless stated otherwise, fees are prepaid and non-refundable except as required by law or the refund policy. Taxes may apply.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes. Telegram API changes and third-party restrictions are outside our control.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery, account safety, or that Telegram will not restrict an account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
